You are one of the pioneers in the field of professional mediation in Azerbaijan. Your contribution to the society during this last three year has been tremendous and you rightly addressed the need of the individuals and entities who want a settlement without compromising their comfort zone as the mediation itself is free from lengthy processes and formalities.
As an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, I applaud pioneering spirit and dedication of all mediators and staffs specially your visionary founder and CEO Mr. Gasim G.Shaliyev to promote mediation as an effective alternative to traditional adversarial legal procedures.
