Founder and director of Baku Mediation Organization No. 15

In 2001, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of "Ankara University", which is one of the most prestigious universities in Turkey.

For 10 years, he worked as the head of the legal department at "Modern Group of Companies" and "Yeni Hayat Group of Companies", which are flagships of economic life.

Since 2018, he has been a member of the "Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan" and since 2020, the "Mediation Council".

The first professional training in mediation took place in October 2018 at the preliminary training program on "Civil and Commercial Mediation" jointly organized by the "Ministry of Justice" and the "World Bank". Furthermore, in January 2020, he successfully completed the "Training for Mediation Trainers" funded by the "European Union" and organized by the world's leading mediation institution, "ADR Center".

In September of the year 2020, the "Judicial Academy" successfully conducted the "Initial Training Course for Mediators". In May of 2021, the "Specialized Training Course for Mediators in Family Relations" was completed with success. Additionally, in August of 2021, the "Specialized Training Course for Mediators in Labor Relations" was also successfully concluded.

In November 2021, after passing the training organized by the "Netherlands Business Academy", he was awarded the "International Mediation Consultant" diploma of the "International Master Mediation Federation".

Currently, he is studying "MBA" in Mediation at "Khazar University".
