Shakir Z. Safarbeyov

In 2002, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of "Tavriysk Ecological Institute" in Simferopol, Ukraine. From 2002 to 2010, in the "Judicial and Legal Reforms in Azerbaijan" project of the "German International Cooperation Society" (GIZ), and from 2010 to 2020, the Project Office in the regional program "Legal approximation to European standards in the South Caucasus" served as its head, as well as in 2006-2010 he worked as a coordinator of the "Support for new Administrative reforms in Azerbaijan" project of the "Center for International Legal Cooperation" (CILC/Netherlands).

From 2020 until today, he has been working as a legal advisor in the regional program "Good Governance for Local Development in the South Caucasus" of the "German International Cooperation Society" (GIZ).

According to the trainings organized by the "Mediation Academy of Justice": - "Preliminary training course for mediators" in November 2020 - "Training course for mediators specializing in family relations" in May 2021 - June 2022 "Preparatory course for mediators specialized in labor relations" in successfully completed.

Since 2022, he is a member of the "Special Commission of the Mediation Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan".
