"No dispute shall remain unresolved!" in Icherisheher, the heart of Baku. Since May 15, 2022, when we started working with the motto, until today, as a team of Mediation Organization Baku No. 15, we have the rightful joy of providing professional mediation services with great perseverance and pride. Undoubtedly, the word "mediation" is new in our country. Therefore, our first goal was to educate society and carry out extensive propaganda on mediation, which is a part of judicial and legal reforms in accordance with the goals indicated in the Road Maps approved by Mr. President Ilham Aliyev. Because we believe that when our people become familiar with the essence and benefits of this unique solution, they will entrust the solution of any dispute they will encounter in the routine course of life to our mediators.

Necessity that creates mediation

As a result of the current rapid development of social relations, people want to resolve their disputes (differently from traditional ways) 1) in a way that satisfies them, 2) by themselves, 3) in a short time in order to satisfy their needs and interests. In other words, alternative dispute resolution is already a comfort zone for people.

Today, when comfort is "limited" by the power of imagination, entrusting work to professionals who act with a sense of responsibility is the main reality of our day.

Behaving in accordance with modern challenges, Baku Mediation Organization No. 15 has established its activities with the aim of providing comfort to people in the "tiring atmosphere of the dispute". Our professional team provides mediation services that will achieve the resolution of any dispute with the necessary theoretical/practical knowledge and constantly evolving vision.

Baku Mediation Organization No. 15 is a place where reconciliation signatures are signed before the court in civil cases (commercial, labor, family and other disputes), during court proceedings and execution of court decisions, so that there are no unresolved disputes.

Being aware of our mission in the Azerbaijan mediation family since the first day of operation, we have aimed for a quality result with impeccable service, guided by the principles of voluntarism, impartiality, independence and confidentiality in all mediation sessions we have conducted at the Baku Mediation Organization No. 15.
