As we reflect on this journey, we are reminded of the vital role that quality and consistency play in promoting mediation as a cornerstone of dispute resolution. The Azerbaijani mediation experts' commitment to upholding these principles has undoubtedly contributed to the success of mediation centers across the country.
While we acknowledge that there is always room for improvement, it is heartening to see how mediation has become ingrained in the daily fabric of Azerbaijani society. This achievement is the result of a collaborative effort involving mediation trainers, mediators, lawyers, the Mediation Council, the Ministry of Justice, the Justice Academy, the EU Delegation in Azerbaijan, the Council of Europe, the Bar Association, and countless other champions of mediation, both nationally and internationally.
At ADR Center, we take great pride in the work that has been accomplished thus far and remain dedicated to providing ongoing support to ensure that this project continues to thrive. Our latest research initiatives aim to further develop comprehensive methodologies for mediation and mediation training (S.O.L.V.E.) and the formulation of public and corporate mediation policies (three-track methodology).
